Keep seeing your Rodeo Dental office for exams, cleanings, and treatment. RodeoONE adds an at-home routine and online dentist access between those visits. Office services are not included unless your plan explicitly says otherwise.
Who do I talk to online?
Online dental consultations are provided through The TeleDentists. Your online dentist may be different from the dentist you see at your Rodeo office. Some concerns need an in-person examination or treatment.
What comes with the membership?
Essentials includes the daily oral-care kit and online dentist access. Your dentist recommends the appropriate rinse. Other membership options add whitening and selected extras. Review the plan details at enrollment to see exactly what you are choosing.
Is saliva testing included?
Saliva testing is a separate service. It can provide information to discuss with a dentist; it does not replace an exam or diagnose every oral-health concern.
Is this dental insurance?
No. RodeoONE is a recurring dental-care membership administered by ONEORAL. Review the membership terms and your selected plan before joining.
