Do I choose my own rinse?
Your dentist recommends the appropriate rinse after reviewing your information. Your selected membership determines which categories of products are included; a prescription is not guaranteed by choosing a plan.
When will my first kit ship?
Your order moves forward after the required review and any prescription approval are complete. Watch for your order and shipping updates. If your dentist needs more information, that step comes before fulfillment.
Is my online dentist the same person I see at Rodeo?
Online consultations are provided through The TeleDentists. Your online clinician may be different from the dentist at your Rodeo Dental office. Keep your regular appointments for in-person care.
Do I pay monthly or every time a box arrives?
Your membership renews monthly until canceled. Rinse and toothpaste ship every three months. Whitening and energy gum ship every six months when included. Power Pack mints or spray ship every three months.
Can I ask questions after my kit arrives?
Yes. Online dentist access is part of every membership. You can reach out about your products, your routine, or a dental concern through the member portal.
